Authorised Service Centre Tool - Design
The “Authorized Service Center Toolkit” project involved research and designs of a new software application to be utilised by Rolls-Royce and Authotized Service Center partners worldwide to enable knowledge transfer and processing of warranty claims & work approvals as well as streamlined communication. The toolkit concept was designed by Seven Summits Solutions and developed for Rolls-Royce by a third party.
